09/07/93 FRED HENDERSON v. STATE MISSOURI

September 7, 1993

FRED HENDERSON, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT,
v.
STATE OF MISSOURI, PLAINTIFF-RESPONDENT.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. Honorable Michael Hart.

Before William H. Crandall, Jr., P.j. and James R. Reinhard and Robert E. Crist, JJ.

The opinion of the court was delivered by: Per Curiam

ORDER

Before William H. Crandall, Jr., P.J. and James R. Reinhard and Robert E. Crist, JJ.

PER CURIAM

Defendant, Fred Henderson, appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion following an evidentiary hearing. Defendant was convicted of murder in the first degree. He was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

The judgment of the trial court denying defendant's Rule 29.15 motion is based on findings of fact that are not clearly erroneous; no error of law appears. An opinion would have no precedential value. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
